What is an AI Dashboard?
A custom software platform we build for your business. It runs your actual SOPs (quoting, scheduling, invoice reconciliation) automatically. Your team logs in daily, reviews what the AI did, and approves it before anything is executed. The opposite of background scripts you never see.
How long until we see ROI?
First workflow goes live in 12 to 20 weeks. Most clients see measurable savings from week one of launch. Full ROI typically within 12 months. Typical per-workflow savings: $40K to $62K per year.
What does 'human-in-the-loop' actually mean?
Every workflow has explicit checkpoints. The dashboard does the work (drafting, matching, coding, routing). A human approves anything risky or ambiguous. You stay in control of every consequential decision.
Will this replace anyone on my team?

What if it breaks at midnight?
We watch every workflow 24/7 with automatic alerts. If something breaks on a Friday at midnight, we fix it before your team walks in on Monday. That is what the Accelerator retainer covers.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. 100% of the code, data, prompts and logic from day one. Everything lives in a GitHub repository you control. Data stays in Australian data centres. No vendor lock-in.
How is this different from Zapier or n8n?
Those tools are great for templates. We build production-grade custom dashboards mapped to your SOPs, with monitoring, error handling and human checkpoints. It is the difference between flat-pack and a builder.
What about data security?
Encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs on every action, SOC 2-compatible architecture. We never train models on your data. Compliance docs available on request.
Can we start small?
